Each season, The Meadow shifts focus to honour the natural rhythms of both earth and body.Â
Join us for a single season that calls to you, or journey through all four seasons for a deeper experience.Â

Every three months, you enter a new landscape of the primary season + pathway that we work with ~ weaving in elements of all the other pathways as they interconnect with the current season.
