Cancellations

We kindly ask that if you are feeling unwell, that you please consider cancelling or rescheduling your appointment/class. 

FOR APPOINTMENTS WITH OUR PRACTITIONERS AT EARTH MOTHERS.

*Please note that we have a 24hrs cancellation policy due to limited appointment availability & should you cancel within 24hrs you will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your booking. Please notify us via email to [email protected] if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment & we will do our best to accommodate you.

FOR CLASSES, EVENTS & WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS

*We generally offer refunds at least 7 days prior to all our events and classes and 14 days prior to our retreats if you can no longer make it. Please email [email protected] with the details of your booking to enquire about accessing a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
