Meet Kalani

 

Kalani Loveday is a Neuroenergetic Kinesiologist entering her third year of practice. Kalani’s offerings centre on bridging the gap between your intrinsic knowing and ability to apply it practically, supporting you to unlock forward momentum toward personal aspirations and optimal health.

“I have always held a deep curiosity about our internal mechanics and how they shape our external realities. Through my own exploration, I came to recognise how past belief patterns, environments, and inherited fears can continue to dysregulate our systems. Overriding clarity, challenging our health, relationship to self and ability to digest daily stress.

This understanding forms the foundation of my practice.

My studies began in my teenage years through meditative experiences, where I observed recurring daydreams manifesting into lived reality with surreal detail. While some of these visions appeared insignificant superficially, the symbolic language within them revealed the patterns shaping my perception and lived intention. By mapping my inner architecture in this way, I began moving with self-authorship, learning to consciously direct my path towards aligned truth. During darker times, this skill became a stabilising force, guiding me toward improved health, grounded resilience, prosperity, and a coherent relationship with the world around me.

Kinesiology uses biofeedback to identify points of incoherence within the energetic body. Working with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, chakras, and neuro-emotional pathways, this modality refines deeper bodily awareness and self-regulation. My role is to facilitate this process, supporting you to reconnect with your innate intelligence, catalyse healing, and embody meaningful, sustainable change.”

Neuroenergetic Kinesiology is a holistic, body-based therapy that works with the nervous system, subconscious mind, and and energetic pathways to identify and gently release stress held in the body. Using muscle testing as a biofeedback tool, it helps uncover underlying emotional, mental, physical, and energetic imbalances, supporting the body’s natural ability to self-regulate, heal, and return to balance.

What to expect in a session:
A session begins with a gentle conversation to clarify your intention or focus. You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortable while muscle testing is used to communicate with the body and nervous system. Balancing techniques may include light touch, acupressure, breathwork, visualisation, sound, emotional processing, or energy-based corrections. Sessions are deeply calming and insight-rich, often leaving you feeling clearer, more grounded, and supported as your system integrates the shifts at its own pace.
