Meet Our Host Tara Power
~ Founder of Earth Mothers CommunityÂ
Â
Tara Power has spent the last decade exploring what it truly means to lead with integrity, presence, and heart. After years of trying to fit into the hustle-driven world of business ~ following trends, making decisions against her ethics and constantly burning out, Tara discovered a different way to lead: one that honours her energy, her values, and the communities she serves.
The intention of this retreat and her work in the business + leadership space reflects her desire to create spaces where leadership is practiced as a conscious, regenerative force. This includes collaboration at every level ~ because meaningful change and sustainable growth happen when we work together, share knowledge, and co-create with intention. The event invites participants to reflect on how we can lead people forward as a community, fostering health, wellbeing, belonging, and connection to the earth. Tara integrates these principles into her work because she believes leadership should give back rather than take away, leaving a legacy that uplifts communities, honours the land, and co-creates a healthier, more alive, and aligned world.
Today, Tara leads the Earth Mothers Community, a growing network of heart-centred leaders, creatives, and changemakers. Through workshops, mentoring, and community events like this, she hopes to guide others in cultivating sustainable leadership that honours people, planet, and purpose.
