Meet Tara
Tara is the founder of earth mothers and her vision for this community is to create a safe sanctuary for women to experience a holistic approach to their healthcare through motherhood, providing nourishing preconception care, conscious pregnancy & birth support & nurturing postpartum & beyond.
Tara recognises the lack of awareness, support & compassionate care that is currently available for women particularly around preconception & postpartum & envisioned a space where women could receive all the support they require physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically & spiritually as they embark on their journey.
Her passion for birth work has expanded with her own challenges in conceiving over the past 3 years and has been called to support women through their own fertility journey using the wisdom, tools, knowledge & guidance she has embodied in her experience as an ayurvedic health counsellor, doula, womb hara massage therapist, energy healer and yoga & meditation teacher.
She has been guiding & supporting families experiencing trauma through birth, domestic & family violence, homelessness, mental health & disabilities spanning a decade, witnessing the intergenerational impact of trauma & stress in our society.

Fertility or Postpartum Massage

This massage infuses techniques from our Womb Hara Massage with a combination of Mayan abdominal massage, Lomi Lomi and ancient Chinese Chi Nei Tsang massage to create a deeply feminine journey for your body, mind and soul.
This shortened version of our Womb Hara Massage focuses solely on the abdomen and womb areas of the body only (all external) to assist in creating harmony and balance ready for your baby soul to be conceived or to support your healing following birth.
For Conception - This massage is best to receive between menstruation and ovulation and is recommended as a monthly treatment prior to conception.
For Postpartum - This massage is best to receive at least 6-8 weeks following birth and longer if you have had a c-section.
