Earth Womb

The Keeper of the Seed

Tend | Listen | Connect

You’re being invited to slow down, return to your body, and trust the rhythm beneath your days. Your pathway is about reclamation of the cycles, the womb, fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum ~ and the deep, ancestral medicine that lives there.

Prioritise rest and cyclical awareness this season.
Try to mark the days of your body’s rhythm with simple mapping.
Seek gentle practices that nourish the pelvic bowl and nervous system.

RITUAL

Pelvic Breath & Oil Blessing (5–10 mins)

Sit with warm hands on the belly. Breathe slow into your womb for 6 breaths.

Invite a small intention like ‘I reclaim my rhythm.’

If you have a neutral oil (organic sesame oil is great), anoint the lower belly in clockwise circles and seal the intention.

The Pathway of Creation, Cycles & Embodiment

If you're drawn to Womb energy may wish to explore:

  • Fertility, conception, and preparing for pregnancy naturally

  • Womb healing, self-care, and energy clearing practices

  • Menstrual cycle awareness and harmony with hormonal rhythms

  • Sacred sexuality and reclaiming pleasure and sensuality

  • Creative expression and manifestation through the womb portal

  • Inner child and ancestral womb lineage healing

  • Practices for imagination, intuition, and connecting with life force

  • Guided meditations, visualizations, or rituals for womb activation

  • Pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum rituals and education

  • Emotional release, shadow work, and nurturing self-compassion

“What part of my wombs story wants tenderness right now?”
