Earth Womb
The Keeper of the Seed
Tend | Listen | ConnectÂ
Youâre being invited to slow down, return to your body, and trust the rhythm beneath your days. Your pathway is about reclamation of the cycles, the womb, fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum ~ and the deep, ancestral medicine that lives there.
Â
Prioritise rest and cyclical awareness this season.
Try to mark the days of your bodyâs rhythm with simple mapping.
Seek gentle practices that nourish the pelvic bowl and nervous system.
RITUAL
Pelvic Breath & Oil Blessing (5â10 mins)
Sit with warm hands on the belly. Breathe slow into your womb for 6 breaths.
Invite a small intention like âI reclaim my rhythm.â
If you have a neutral oil (organic sesame oil is great), anoint the lower belly in clockwise circles and seal the intention.
