Meet Christine
Christine is passionate about empowering people to develop more autonomy, understand their own internal compass and how to navigate BEING in the world.
"As a Sexological bodyworker, somatic sex educator and counsellor, I love to support others to have control over their own voices and bodies, creating congruence and cultivating confidence through embodied self-awareness.
Many of us have had things done to us without our consent, causing a disruption to our nervous system and disconnection within our own internal systems and thought patterns.
Through Somatic therapy we can harness the wisdom of the body, building and maintaining a secure, conscious, mindful and gradual reconnection with the mind and body.
Working with bodies for nearly 20 years I’m passionate about the field of somatics and nurturing client-led sessions where you are in total control every step of the way."
Christine currently works with adults in the community who face mental health challenges and is a current member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association of Australasia and operate within their code of ethics.
