Earth Mothers is a holistic wellness sanctuary for women, mothers & families within a unique community environment.
Founded in 2021 by Tara Power with a vision to create a community offering safe sanctuary, weaving traditional medicine & modern healing therapies and practices, and a devotion to providing a holistic approach to your physical, energetic, emotional/mental & spiritual healing needs, deeply supporting through every stage of womanhood, motherhood & life.
Recognising the lack of awareness, support & compassionate care that is currently available for women in the healthcare system particularly around preconception & postpartum, Tara envisioned a space where women could receive much more than just the physical layer of support throughout their journey and could be heard, seen and held on every level.

Events
Every month we hold a range of events in our sanctuary from womens circles to sound healings, educational workshops and low cost community offerings.
Retreats
Our seasonal Womban Wisdom Retreats are designed to deeply nourish women through all stages of life and support living in a more cyclical way in alignment with the seasons and Mother Earth.
Prenatal Yoga Series
A 6-Week elemental journey weaving ancient Yogic + Ayurvedic philosophy and prenatal wisdom to gently move through your pregnancy with ease, flow + deep connection in body, mind + spirit.

Becoming an Earth Mother Program
